Top country house checks in with Hotel PR
Hotel PR, the specialist subsidiary of award-winning consultancy Scot PR, has won another prestigious client in Perthshire. Just a couple of months after signing up Perth’s top hotel Parklands and fine dining restaurant 63 Tay Street, it has been appointed by Ballathie Country House Hotel at Kinclaven, Stanley. Ballathie, set in a 3,000 acre working estate on the banks of the River Tay, ranks among the top 200 hotels in the UK. Renowned as a country sports base, it is also popular for its cuisine, weddings and corporate events. Hotel PR is representing the two top Perth restaurants listed in the Michelin Guide: 63 Tay Street, whose chef/patron is Graeme Pallister, and the Parklands’ No. 1 The Bank. The consultancy’s clients served up no fewer than 11 successes in this year’s Scottish Hotel Awards.
